Health Tips and Healthy Recipes
1 medium potato
1 small onion
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp cooking oil
1 cup cooked oatmeal
1 cup bread crumbs
2 Tbsp Liquid Amino
1/2 cup pecans/walnuts
Chop the potato, onion, and
nuts together in a blender
Cook together until the
potato is soft
Mix with all other
Bake on cookie sheet
|Chickpea Cheese Spread
1 can chickpeas
2 Tbsp yeast flakes
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp garlic
1 cup coconut milk
1 red bell pepper
2 Tbsp mustard
1 Tbsp lemon juice
|Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth
